Welcome to the Refined Rogue Barbershop membership program. These Terms and Conditions govern your membership, payments, and use of associated benefits. By signing up for a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Overview
1.1 Membership Tiers:
We offer various membership tiers, each with specific benefits. Details are provided on our website and may be updated from time to time.
1.2 Membership Benefits:
Membership benefits include services outlined in the tier you select. Benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services unless explicitly stated.
2. Payments and Billing
2.1 Payment Processing:
Membership payments are processed securely via Square. By signing up, you authorize Refined Rogue Barbershop to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
2.2 Billing Cycle:
Memberships are billed monthly on the date of your initial enrollment ("Billing Date"). Payments will auto-renew unless canceled as outlined in Section 3.
2.3 Price Changes:
We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at members@refined-rogue.com or through your online account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.2 Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for partially used months or unused benefits. Exceptions may apply in the event of errors on our part.
4. Membership Changes
4.1 Upgrades and Downgrades:
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier by contacting us. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4.2 Program Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, tiers, or availability. Notice of significant changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
5. Use of Membership
5.1 Personal Use:
Memberships are for personal use only. Sharing or transferring membership benefits to others is prohibited.
5.2 Appointment Scheduling:
Membership benefits are subject to availability and require advance scheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the benefit for that billing cycle.
6. Termination of Membership
6.1 By the Member:
You may terminate your membership at any time by providing notice as described in Section 3.
6.2 By Refined Rogue Barbershop:
We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of services, or other reasons at our sole discretion. In such cases, unused portions of the membership fee may be refunded at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Interruptions:
We are not liable for interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or third-party disruptions.
7.2 Limitation of Liability:
Our liability for any claim related to your membership is limited to the amount paid during the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
